More than 60 shoppers were seen queuing in the early hours at Park Cameras on Saturday, eager to grab one of the many unrepeatable offers only available at Park Cameras' annual Imaging Festival. Saturday 9th July saw the company, who are based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex hold the annual event, which this year also marked their milestone of 40 years in business. Photo enthusiasts were treated to limited one-day-only deals across cameras, camcorders, lenses, bags, binoculars, and lighting, plus free bite-size seminars throughout the day.
If that wasn’t enough, there was also fun for all the family with a bouncy castle, an Olympus climbing wall and a face painter.
Local photo devotee, Amir Khan said of the day; “Today was great! I went on 3 mini courses: Beauty photography, Lightroom and Nikon flash. All of the instructors were brilliant and I took away valuable info from each! I am very tempted to book a full course now!”
The event showcased the very best that Park Cameras have to offer, with the chance to converse with brand experts as well as renowned professional photographers like John Clements and Jon Gray, all in the Park Cameras newly updated studio and Education suite.
Reg Atkins, Managing Director and founder of Park Cameras said: “I am thrilled with how the day has gone. Not only have our customers left satisfied, but our staff and suppliers have all had a great day. I couldn’t think of a better way I would rather celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Park Cameras!”
With such a successful day, and next years’ Imagaing Festival already being planned, I can’t wait to see what they have in store for us!
