Wrecked D300 found in Grampians – can you identify these men?

The owner of a battered Nikon D300 is being sought after the contents of a bag were found strewn across part of the Grampians. A Digital SLR User reader called us to report the finding, made by his neighbour on a recent walking trip. The memory card had water damage but lasted long enough for this picture to be taken from it. Do you recognise any of these men?

The camera in question was found 'written off' in a trail of debris that included clothes and a bag. The date of the last file on the Kingston CF card was April 15 2010, which might indicate the date of the camera's loss. We'll have more pictures of the camera tomorrow, along with more info about exactly where it was found.
This second picture is thought to be the owner of the camera with his significant other in what looks like Marrakech's 'Square of the Dead', dated February 2010.

I'm sure we all hope that the owner is safe and well, and that although his camera is a wreck, at least the 3.9GB of pictures taken from the card can be returned to him.
